Shipping policy

We will contact you with a separate shipping quote if you are unable to collect your order locally and your order needs to be shipped. Shipping will be POA.  We will highly recommend shipping insurance also.

Processing and handling times are separate from the shipping time. 

All orders (except commissions) are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

International Shipping

We offer international shipping worldwide. If you have any specific question about your country let me know and we can find the best option for you. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Mata Kamaleshwari is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

 How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
