Refund Policy.

To be eligible for a return, please contact info@mahadevidham.com.  Returns that are approved must be discussed first with Mataji and her team and done within 14 days of receiving your order – except for commissioned paintings.

 To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

 To start a return, just contact Mataji at info@mahadevidham.com. If your return is accepted, you’ll be sent the instructions on how and where to send your package.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom commissions cannot be returned. To prevent that, be sure to review the commission with me until you're 100% satisfied with the product before the shipping. Mataji will be in contact with you during the whole process to guarantee your satisfaction. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

There will be no return offered due to a change of mind.
And unfortunately, there is no accepting returns on sale items or gift cards. Let Mataji know if she can help you be sure with your purchase beforehand.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
You will be notified once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
