About the Course 

Clear Space Meditation is a four-week in-person course (with options to extend to six or eight weeks) taught in Melton South, online or by invitation to your community. It's beginner-friendly, real-life relevant, and deeply rooted in the Trika tradition. Each session includes guided meditation, breath work, mantra, self-inquiry, and daily life techniques.

Taught By

Created and taught by Mata Kamaleshwari (Sally Thurley) - artist, mystic, meditation teacher trainer, and author of She-Monk. Known for making deep wisdom accessible, slightly cheeky, and always real.  Operating as the Western Suburbs Trika Meditation Centre.
