Clear Space Creation

A grounded spiritual orientation for creatives

Clear Space Creation
Learn to recognise doubt when it takes over — and return to clarity.

Clear Space is the expanded inner state where creativity moves freely again.

Most creative struggle isn’t a lack of talent or discipline.
It’s what happens when doubt contracts attention — when noise, comparison, and

inherited narratives pull you out of your own inner space.

Clear Space is a practice of returning to expansion.
An inner condition where the body softens, attention widens, and creativity can move freely again.

When this space is present, creating feels natural.

What is Clear Space?

Clear Space is the expanded inner state where:

  • attention settles

  • the internal audience drops away

  • doubt loosens its grip

  • and creative action becomes clean and unforced

From this state, making art feels:

  • simpler

  • quieter

  • truer

  • more intimate

Clear Space doesn’t add anything to you.
It restores orientation.

Clear Space — Foundations

Clear Space — Foundations is a 4-week, small-group, application-based container for artists and creatives who want a reliable way to return to clarity when doubt takes over.

This is not a course in technique.
It’s the transmission of one essential capacity:

recognising when Clear Space has been lost — and returning.

What You Can Reliably Do After 4 Weeks

After four weeks in Clear Space, you can reliably recognise when you’ve left clarity — when doubt, overthinking, or internal pressure has taken over — and you know how to return.

You’ll no longer try to fix yourself or push through when creating feels tight.
Instead, you’ll have a disciplined, embodied way of noticing contraction and re-establishing an expanded inner state so creativity can move again.

This is not about staying in a peak state.
It’s about developing the capacity to return — again and again — in real creative life.

Who This Is For

Clear Space is for:

  • artists and creatives with an existing practice

  • those affected by doubt, comparison, or overthinking

  • people who value discipline over motivation

  • spiritually inclined creatives allergic to fluff

You don’t need to identify as “spiritual.”
You do need a willingness to meet your inner experience honestly.

Who This Is Not For

Clear Space is not for:

  • beginners looking for technique

  • therapy, trauma processing, or emotional catharsis

  • productivity systems or motivation hacks

  • anyone unwilling to take responsibility for their inner state

This container prioritises presence, self-responsibility, and clarity.

*Clear Space is currently being offered as a free founding (beta) round.

This first group is intentionally small and application-based.
Participants are asked to fully engage with the 4-week process and offer a short written testimonial at completion, reflecting honestly on their experience.

This exchange supports the integrity of the work as it enters the world.

About the Guide

Hey, I’m MK — an artist shaped by decades of yogic and contemplative practice.

Mata Kamaleshwari (MK) is the initiated name of artist and creative facilitator Sally Thurley, reflecting a long path of contemplative and creative practice.

My work is grounded in embodied inquiry and creative practice. I’m not interested in spectacle or spiritual performance.

If you’re here, it’s likely because something in you recognises the need for a quieter, truer way of creating — one that removes interference rather than adding more effort.

Clear Space emerged from lived experience

— as a way to create without interference and return, again and again, to what is simple and true.

Applying

Clear Space is application-based to ensure the container remains grounded and coherent.
